Registration
● Participants must study the “Rules and Regulations” carefully. Participants who complete the registration process agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the race they have signed up for.
● Once the entry is accepted, entry fee and submitted materials are non-refundable and non- transferable under any circumstances. A confirmation email will be sent to the participants upon successful registration. Otherwise, please contact the Organizer immediately.
● Repeated entries will be counted as a single entry. The additional fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another applicant or race. Also, the submitted materials will not be returned.
Race Pack
● A confirmation email will be sent to the participants upon successful registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email after your registration, please contact us by email [email protected] or call (852) 2117 1650 for assistance
● An email notice regarding collection of race pack will be sent to the registered participants three weeks before the event day.
● Participants should present either the printout or the electronic version of the notification email to collect the event materials.
Health & Safety Advice
● Participants should make sure their health condition is suitable for the race. In cases of doubt, please seek medical advice in advance.
● Participants should understand the nature and demands of the event, which requires physical exertion. Participants should be in sound medical condition and capable of participating in the event. The Organizer suggests all participants monitor their own physical condition deemed fit and capable for participating in the event. In case you are feeling sick or unwell during the event, you should immediately stop the activity and do seek help from the onsite race officials.
● Participants should take protective measures against UV, such as applying sunscreen, wearing cap and ensuring water replenishment.
● The Organizer reserves the right to disallow or disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event and such person shall accept the Organizer’s decision.
● Public liability insurance is covered by the Organizer of the event. Participants are also advised to purchase their own insurance cover if necessary.
Severe Weather
● If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted at any time from 8:00am on the day before the race, the race will be cancelled.
● If the Red / Black Rainstorm Signal or the Hong Kong Observatory issues an extreme weather warning at any time from 4:00 a.m. on the event day, the event will be cancelled.
● Should any of the above inclement weather warnings be issued after the race has started, the Race Director has the right to change the course distance or arrangement or to stop the race. If the race is being stopped, the race will be cancelled. Entry fee will not be refunded.
● If race being rescheduled due to inclement weather or other reasons, participants will automatically be carried forward to the rescheduled date, and your entry fee will not be refunded and may not be transferred to another applicant if you cannot participate.

Special Notes for Pet dogs and Owners
● All dogs entering the venue must present and demonstrate the following proof and undergo microchip scanning prior to admission:
- Dog licence (issued by the Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department, clearly showing an up-to-date rabies vaccination certificate and the dog’s microchip number);
-Dogs who fail to present a valid dog license and are aged 5 months or above may present Vaccination Card which clearly shows that vaccinations for rabies were administered at least 14 days prior to the Event).
● Microchip scanning is mandatory for all dogs before entry. Participants must present a copy or a photo of dog license (or their vaccination card as explained above) for verification. Dogs that fail inspection or lack valid documentation will be denied entry. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
● All dogs must be kept on a leash for safety with length no longer than 2 meters, or placed in a pet stroller or bag secured with a leash inside.
● Please maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Pet owners should bring cleaning supplies to handle waste and use their own sealed bags, containers, and/or tools to properly dispose of pet waste.
● Pet owners should monitor their pets for any signs of abnormal conditions, such as elevated temperature, excessive panting, drooling, vomiting, or lethargy. If any of these symptoms occur, pets should be moved to a cool area to rest or assistance should be sought from the on-site staffs.
● Pet must be supervised at all times by owners. Pet owners are responsible for preventing their pets from becoming lost, disturbing other participants, or posing any safety risks. Unattended pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
● Pet owners should ensure their pets remain within their control during the event and avoid excessive noise or behaviour that may disturb others.
● If a dog appears overly excited or shows behaviours deemed inappropriate for participation, event staff reserve the right to request the participants and their dogs to temporarily pause activities.
Others
● Should there be any emergency or assistance needed during the event, participants shall contact the officials at the information centre.
● All prizes are not redeemable for cash.
● The Organizer reserves the right to amend or clarify the above race rules.
